Bremen combines all logistic advantages of a highly frequented conference city. The comfortable air connections to 50 international destinations including Europe's main airport hubs guarantee visitors quick and easy access. Bremen city centre and the Exhibition & Conference Center can be reached within 20 minutes by trams departing from a stop right in front of Bremen International Airport (trams depart at least every ten minutes until 8pm and every 20 minutes from 8pm onwards). The main train station is ten minutes' walk from the centre of Bremen. The Exhibition & Conference Center Bremen (venue of ICRS 2022) is two minutes' walk from the north exit (direction „Bürgerweide“) of the main train station.

The "Bremer Kreuz" intersection is a major transport hub linking the A27 Cuxhaven-Bremerhaven-Hannover and A1 Hamburg-Osnabrück-Rhineland autobahns. Bremen can also be reached via the A28 autobahn from East Friesland and Groningen in the Netherlands. The easiest route into the city centre is via the "Bremen-Arsten" or "Bremen-Hemelingen" exits from the A1. Visitors to the Exhibition & Conference Center are recommended to take the "Bremen-Vahr" and "Bremen-Universität" exits from the A27. Finding your way in the city centre is easy thanks to a state-of-the-art traffic management system. There are 2,500 parking spaces directly in front of the congress venue. Further parking spaces are available at the parking deck of the exhibition centre.
