General information. All presentations should have a length of 12 min, so that subsequently 2-3 min can be used for discussion that is moderated by the chair.
Online availability. Onsite presenter should also upload their presentations as a pre-recorded video to the Conference Platform (instructions available soon). Thereby, the presentation is available also for online participants and in the archive for another 12 months This highly facilitates feedback and discussion opportunities on the virtual conference platform that go far beyond the short discussion after the presentation at the conference venue. Thus, we highly recommend to accept this offer/use this free (i.e. included in the registration fees) opportunity.
Advance Upload of Presentations for onsite participants. All presentation files for sessions in the Bremen Convention Center have to be uploaded to the Presentation Management system from June 1 - 20, 2022 for technical review. Presentations can be submitted via email or wetransfer. (Presenters will be notified via e-mail with further information shortly before the upload site is available.)
Acceptable Presentation Formats. Acceptable formats include PowerPoint (.ppt, .pptx) and Adobe Acrobat (.pdf). Embedded videos within your presentation have to be submitted supplementary as an additional file.
Equipment in Session Rooms. Personal laptops cannot be used in the session rooms; Please note that while wireless Internet access will be available in the session rooms during presentations, the accessibility and speed of the connection will depend on the level of network activity; therefore, to ensure functionality any web-based content will need to be included in the presentation files.
General information. Posters can be presented onsite at the 15th ICRS 2022 in Bremen and online on the ICRS 2022 Conference Platform. Onsite presenters can upload their Poster-file and – if they like - a short video (3 min) to the Conference Platform to be available for both online and onsite participants and in the archive for another 12 months (instructions available soon).
During the morning coffee and lunch breaks, attendees will have the option to walk around and view the posters during the entire conference week. You are not required, but encouraged, to make appointments to discuss your poster independent from the official poster session.
