Poster Presentation Instructions

Posters can be presented onsite at the 15th ICRS 2022 in Bremen and online on the ICRS 2022 Conference Platform.

Onsite Poster Presentation

The panels for the poster will be 1.0 m wide x 1.5 m high, so your poster should not exceed 90 cm width x 120 cm height.

Please use a clear typeface.  The poster should be readable from a distance of 2-3 m. The title banner of your poster should state the title of the presentation and the name(s) and affiliation(s) of the author(s).

You are responsible for printing your poster and bringing it to the 15th ICRS 2022 in Bremen.

The ICRS Organizing committee will provide poster numbers. So, it will be easy to find where you should hang your poster, preferably already on Monday, July 4, 2022. The poster exhibition will be available during the whole conference week.

It is requested that you stand by your poster during the designated poster session on July 5, 2022 in the late afternoon/evening. During the morning coffee and lunch breaks, attendees will have the option to walk around and view the posters during the entire conference week. You are not required, but encouraged, to make appointments to discuss your poster independent from the official poster session.

Online Poster Presentation

You can still upload your E-poster presentation: e-poster files will be published next day.

We invite you to upload your poster pdf file and – if you like - an accompanying 3-minutes-short-video to the conference virtual platform. All e-posters will be included in the virtual e-poster exhibition. They will also be available for discussion in the conference archive for another 12 months after the 15th ICRS 2022, i.e. until July 2023.
