Oral Presentation

The deadline for uploading the PowerPoint file has passed, but you can still upload your video or PDF presentation.

For the PowerPoint presentation: please bring this on a USB to the conference venue, where we can put it in our system. File size limit is 30 MB. Please, do so well ahead of your talk, best, directly Monday morning. If you are using videos within your PowerPoint please check the presentation remotely before you bring it. For a correct assignment of your presentation, the notation of the file should be as follows:

[DATE][ROOM][TIME][LAST NAME][ABSTRACT_NUMBER]

 

For video and PDF: Uploading is possible until the end of the conference.
PDFs files will be published next day.
Video files: If submitted by Sunday 3 July, they will be published from 4 July. If submitted later, they will be published 11 July.

Oral Presentation Instructions

General information. All presentations should have a length of 12 min, so that subsequently 2-3 min can be used for discussion that is moderated by the chair.

Online Presentation

Oral presentations can be submitted as videopresentation or PDF file.

Specifications for oral video presentation

  • Max. time for presentation is 12 min
  • Full HD – 1080p, large file size and full high quality (1920 x 1080)
  • Common video formats are supported (preferred: *.mov / *.mp4)
  • There is no data limit for file upload of the online presentation

Further options are screen recording functions brought by QuickTime Player or VLC media player. Feel free to use any tool suitable for you.
